Customer’s Declaration
- We shall close music in the party hall within 10.00 PM . No music will be played outside party hall in any case. If music is not stopped at 10:00 pm, such violation may attract shut down of power of music system as per rule. We shall abide by the limit of decibel laid down by government.
- We understood that serving or consumption of any DRUG / ALCOHOLIC drinks is strictly prohibited.
- Lunch party is allowed up to 4:00PM.
- Dinner party is allowed up to 11:00PM.
- We shall hire our nominated generator (sound less) to support if unforeseen electrical issues occur.
- We shall pay 50% as booking amount in advance at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% we must pay seven days before actual event.
- We shall enter the event premises at 9 AM on the day of occasion and leave at 7 AM on the day of departure.
- We shall invite 300 or less number of guests at the event.
- We shall engage decorators from your listed decorating agencies and declare that no stickers, nails, screws and other fixtures will damage the walls, floors, ceilings etc.
- We shall park cars without blocking any neighboring houses. And shall park cars as per rule laid down by the traffic authority of state administration.
- We deposit a security amount of Rs 5000, for any possible damage done during the event. I agree to pay for restoration of damaged items or get full refund at the time of departure in the event of no damage found.
