Undertaking by the member
- I certify that the party conducted for my family members & associates.
- I will ensure that no cooking is done outside the designated area.
- No external/internal decoration will be done by me in common area.
- I am solely responsible for the proper conduct of my guests and no disturbance will be caused to the residents nearby CEREMONY HOUSE.
- I will be liable for all compensations, if any properties are lost or damaged during the party.
- I will ensure that NO ALCOHOLIC drinks are served during the party and will ensure no disturbance is caused to any local residents by way of loud music, unauthorised parking, and miss conduct if any.
- I will abide by the party hall usage timings.
- I will ensure that the party hall, pantry, etc, used by me, is handed over in a clean and presentable condition and make sure that the external caterer(s) clear the garbage and clean the place properly.
- I will deposit the charges as applicable (mentioned overleaf) in advance.
I am aware of the cancellation charges mentioned below and compensation charges due to damages.
- I will ensure the my guests will park their vehicles outside the complex and give details of guests to the security Supervisor at the main gate for proper entry.
- I will submit myself attested photo Identity (Aadhar ) Card.
